Combined with aggressive management, the rapid and controlled growth already achieved is a credit to the hard work and dedication of employees and management. E.S. takes steps through attractive incentives and training that enables workers to do their jobs better and with more vigor. " Anyone with financial resources can buy expensive machinery, but it's the people who are the difference," says Eric Schleich.
